Demolition
With an experienced staff, Precision facilitates obtaining all city of Chicago and Cook County permits required for demolition, complying with all city and state regulations.
Our staff will walk you through the complex permit process.
Upon receipt of the demolition permit, Precision staff will carefully remove existing structures with respect and courtesy to adjacent neighbors.
After demolition, Precision Excavation will remove all material and debris, leaving the site prepared for the next phase of the project.
Demolished material is recycled, retained for future use, or disposed of, according to the city and state environmental requirements. We pride ourselves in reclaiming as much demolished material as possible.
Excavation
With ~20 years of experience, we offer a full range of excavation services. We have extensive expertise in deep excavations including deep basements and underground parking facilities.
We also have vast experience in mass excavations and foundation work.
We will manage and coordinate all transportation of materials from your site in a cost effective and timely manner.
Precision Excavation prides itself with long standing relationships with numerous landfills and scrap yards around the Chicagoland area to ensure you are getting the best value for your excavation.
We follow and abide by all IEPA regulations if the spoils are clean, dirty or hazardous; we work with soil testing facilities to ensure we can begin hauling legally in a time efficient manner.
We work with engineers to ensure the subgrade is suitable and can support the foundations for the planned structures.
Shoring & Earth Retention
Precision Excavation specializes in earth retention due to property lot restrictions and close proximity of neighboring buildings.
Our experience and expertise in installing earth retention systems enables us to minimize disturbance to adjacent properties.
We work with the City of Chicago and structural engineers to ensure the methods and materials will ensure a safe and cost-efficient project for our clients.
